This residence embraces a more compartmentalized spatial layout, reflecting the clients' vision of distinct, dedicated rooms and a departure from the prevalent open-plan approach. This intentional planning informed the exterior structure, creating a sculpted façade that subtly mirrors the home's inward division while offering an intriguing presence.

Particular attention was given to interior finishes, with each room designed to embody its own unique atmosphere, elevating the sense of individual spaces within the home.

While the design adheres closely to the desired spatial segmentation, a soft departure from this mold was introduced in the living areas, enhancing flow and connectivity without sacrificing the roomed layout. The house features three bedrooms, along with dedicated guest and staff quarters, striking a delicate balance between privacy and shared spaces, all while honoring the clients' architectural preferences for separation and intimacy.
